Its the end of the year, that means time to look back. Now, on my LiveJournal over the last 4 years, I have been posting my END OF THE YEAR JAMS list. Tonite, it crosses over to my audioblog as well!




2005! THE YEAR OF NEW ACE OF BASE! Yeah, right.
2005! THE YEAR THE 80s SOUND BEGINS ITS RETURN.

Now that parts true. I hope in 2006 we see this trend to continue. I have a theory. We all know history repeats itself. The end of the decade is drawing near. Know what that means?
A POP AND DANCE comeback. Think about it. The dance and pop crazes hit in the LATE 60s, LATE 70s, LATE 80s and LATE 90s. Things are looking good (lets hope I didnt jinx anything here)

The hairstyles can continued to get worse as the years wear on. Long curly ugly hair is in. Whats wrong with you people? 1976 called, it wants its hair back.

This years top 10 shows a huge shift to the euro stuff. They really do get all the good stuff over here, Not to worry! Two of these songs were released in the US (months and months after the fact).

Now remember... the songs listed may have not have been released that year but they impacted me that year.

I will be featuring some of these songs (as well as others) from now until 2006! If anything new and fun comes along, you know I will keep you updated! (When US5 is the best thing you have to post... its time to do something about it)!
