AMERICA! BAD MUSIC ALERT! LISTEN UP!
DONT BE FOOLED AMERICA!

The man you see to the left has been flooding the airwaves across the world with boring wussy wannabe.... "music"... for the better part of a year.

Why do we care? HIS CD GETS RELEASED HERE NEXT MONTH.

My first brush with his "music" was when I was listening to p3 Star (Sweden) and the HORRID "Jimmy Got High" came spewing out of my speakers. It just gets worse from there.

Its funny how decent music never has a chance in America but crap like this gets hyped like crazy...

Anyway, just my opinion on the situation.

I couldn't agree with you more Aaryn. I think James Blunt takes the cake as the worst British artist trying to break our airwaves EVER though *barfs*. His music is beyond cheesy. I must admit I have enjoyed having Natasha and KT Tunstall coming here though ^-^.

LOVE your blog. But are we not talking about Daniel Powter (vs JB)? I personally really like "Bad Day" and think it slams anything by Mr. Scary Red Lips.

I think CopeDog got those confused.. I dont blame him. Add greasy hair to POWTER and they are the same person! LoL

No I actually didn't lol. I was just saying that some think James Blunt is WAY worse than Daniel Powter, thats all.

I like "Bad Day"! I first heard it on American Idol. Oh...and of course, I like as well "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt. Everyone has their own taste on music. You shouldn’t tell anyone what they should or not hear. If you don't like it or think it's a bad song, fine. But let people decide for themselves. A LOT of people liked that James Blunt song. I tought it was an excellent song from the very first time I saw the video. Even here in Puerto Rico was a hit! So I was happy that it was #1 on the Billboard charts recently. Songs like these sounding on the radio it's a nice change and for me, they are very welcome. That's my thought! ;-)

You make a good point. Though I would have titled the post "Well, we all know what Blunt rhymes with..."

Well guess what people? I stated that this was only my opinion in the original post.

I shouldnt tell people what to listen to you say? Um, THATS THE PURPOSE OF THIS SITE.

and lets not forget.... this site is not a company or a commercial site. SPARK*POP was started as my personal audioblog on to which I could post what I see fit.

I do apologize if my opinion has somehow offended you, however its a free country, this is my blog and if you dont like it, respectfully, you dont have to read it.
